Each licence belongs to one named person. Access codes are personal and must never be shared. Only one active session is allowed per licence.
Each licence covers only the device model, or the single unit, it was issued for. Any other device is refused.
Every login and every scan is recorded. Sharing, misuse or attempts to bypass the licence lead to immediate suspension without notice.
The scanner reads your device. It never changes its settings and never asks you to open it.
For security we record your login time, IP address and approximate location (country and city only), and the device you scan. This data is used only to protect your licence and the service. It is never sold or shared.
